Winamp is updated to version 1.0, including a redesigned interface :

Winamp est un lecteur multimédia sur le système Microsoft Windows. Initialement créé par la société NullSoft, l’application appartient maintenant à AOL, suite à un rachat. Une version Android est proposée depuis quelques semaines et vient aujourd’hui d’atteindre le cap de la version 1.0. Voici les fonctionnalités de ce lecteur.

Interface retravaillée
Lors de la phase de développement, l’interface n’a cessé d’être modifiée. Les contrôles du lecteur sont accessibles n’importe où dans l’application (cliquez sur la barre en haut de l’écran). Depuis le lecteur, vous avez la possibilité de chercher sur Internet des informations sur l’artiste, ses photos, ses actualités ou encore sa discrographie. Le bouton physique « Menu » peut servir pour sélectionner la chanson courante comme sonnerie, ou l’ajouter dans une playlist. Des « gestures » (gestes) vous permettent de lire la chanson précédente/suivante, en glissant votre doigt vers la gauche/droite, depuis l’écran de lecture......

Adobe Flash Player 10.2 pour le 18 mars :

The new version of Adobe Flash Player will be available starting March 18, version 10.2. As usual, the program will be offered directly on the Android Market. This version is particularly optimized for the tablets (only in beta). It will therefore have version 3.0.1 of Honeycomb. But the terminals Android 2.2 (Froyo) and 2.3 (Gingerbread) will also benefit from updating. Adobe states have worked very closely with Google, for perfect compatibility between Android and the browser.

The most interesting news for Android 3.0.1:

Hardware acceleration support for H.264
Specifically the processor's load lightened vera, for high definition content. Therefore, energy savings will be felt. This will also improve the frame rate animation.

Better on the browser
A better browser integration will improve the speed and rendering. Adobe says that the result would be similar to a desktop experience. The contents of the Flash movie directly embedded in a page, like any HTML element. Specifically, the page scrolling is finally going to become fluid. The HTML displayed on top of Flash Player will now be displayed correctly. Unfortunately Android 2.2 and 2.3, it still displayed in a new window.

But Froyo Gingerbread and still benefit from new features:

Improved performance in the latest smartphones / Shelves
Many terminals (see complete list) will see an improvement in performance. The report will be optimized for maximum use of the GPU (graphics chip) and multi-core. This concerns both videos, games and interactive content.

Improved keyboard support
Users of touch screens will benefit from better experience with the virtual keyboard. Developers will have new methods to optimize applications for mobile devices. The ActionScript API has been modified so as to manage the open / fermture keyboard.
