Rebtel, a Swedish company based in London, offers a service free international calls via the Internet. For free phone no need to turn your PC or WiFi connection like Skype, mobile phone or fixed will do nicely. Gratuity is provided for a fifty countries, including France, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Canada.
For other countries, the communications are not free but Rebtel offers great rates. For example, call costs 25 cents Djibouti € / minute (the cheapest I know). In the Maghreb countries, Manifone seems more interesting (0.07 € / min cons € 0.13 / min with Rebtel).
How Rebtel? :
1 -Create an account on the site of Rebtel.
2 -Enter your phone number and that of your contacts (5 max).
3 -For each recipient, Rebtel assigns a local number. Simply save these numbers in your phone book for contact at any time.
4 -To receive a free call destinations allowed (smart by Rebtel call), call "Rebtel" your friend and ask him to recall the number that appears on the screen of his phone (a price local call).
Please note, this number does not appear if you are calling hidden.
