Skype takes place in the market for video calls and announced Thursday its purchase of the company "Qik". Qik is a young company specializing in streaming video.
After the Skype application for iPhone, Qik will strengthen the work of Skype and services through these new features. It lets you share videos instantly from your phone via SMS, email, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, which allows Skype to be a complementary service rather diversified.
Skype also integrates the market with the new video chat feature to many with much better visibility and more options. It also presents a new module for video conferencing for businesses for a monthly subscription of € 5.99 per user and supports up to 10 people connected.
